3 Eggs Instructions: Add the salt, vanilla and sugar and blend or whisk again for a few seconds. Allow the mixture to stand for about an hour (Note: It can be kept overnight in the refrigerator). Heat a little extra butter in a frying pan* and ladle in about 2–3 Tbsp of the batter. Tilt the pan backwards and forwards, and side to side until the bottom is covered with a very thin layer. Cook until the bottom is speckled brown, then turn or flip the crępe and do the same to the other side.
Serving: Spread the warmed Nutella on half the crępe, and fold it into two. Then spread on more Nutella (optional) and fold the crępe twice more into a wedge shape. The crępes may be served on a plate or eaten more informally.
